Located in the exclusive secure Sibaya Precinct this elevated home takes advantage of 270 degree sea views of the Indian ocean in Umdloti, South Africa. Concrete , glass and timber are the dominant raw materials used and the triple level home allows for a vertical separation of the accommodation with the master bedroom suite located on the top level with a wrap around private deck and planted roof garden. The middle entertainment level has a protected rear courtyard with a pool so no matter the weather conditions there will always be an external area available for use.
